What has changed
When a fact on a route page changes, such as a limit, a rate or a rule, it is recorded here and on that page, with the date. Every route is also checked against its sources at least every 180 days, and shows when it was last checked.

Added the Commercial Payments Bill's progress: report stage in the House of Lords on 15 September 2026. It is still not law, so the current rules on interest and compensation apply.
